Grilled Salmon with Rosemary and Parmesan

Ingredients
 1 Salmon (with skin)
 Fresh rosemary
 1 cup parmesan cheese
 Fresh black pepper
 Lemon quarters

Finely grate the parmesan cheese.

On the skinless side of the salmon, make cross cuts along and across the fillet, leaving squares of flesh held together by the skin (to achieve this the cuts should not go through the skin).

Fill the slices with salt, rosemary, and parmesan cheese.

Place fillet on the grill and cook. Serve with the lemon quarters.
